Terms and Conditions

1. Student registered for a full course must complete all sessions (20 hours classroom), 10 hours of home links, and 10 hours of in-vehicle training.
2. Student must complete the full course within 12 months from the starting date of the course. (both in-class and in vehicle training)
3. Individual lessons must be paid full in cash
4. Administration fee ($75 plus tax) will apply if the student doesn’t want to continue the course after 10 days of registration or name have been sent to MTO.
5. Driving school has the authority to release all information to MTO, Insurance Bureau of Canada and auditor appointed by the ministry of transportation.
6. All students must pay $20.00 (Certification fee) before the completion of this course to be certified by this driving school.
7. Students are required to give 24 hours of road lesson(s) cancellation to avoid additional fee.
8. A $25.00 fee will be applied to dishonored cheque.
9. Passing percentage is 70% for both in-class and in-car training.
10. I certify that the statements in this document are accurate and consent to the release of any information contained herein to the Ministry of Transportation, Insurance Bureau of Canada and MTO course Inspector.
